Canada Builds Modern Summit 2026 brings together leaders from government, industry, manufacturing, technology, and finance to accelerate the modernization of Canada’s housing delivery system.

Focused on scalable, affordable, factory-built housing, the Summit will explore how industrialized construction, AI-driven approvals, digital technologies, and innovative financing models can work together to dramatically increase housing production across Canada.

By connecting planning, approvals, manufacturing, construction, and investment into a more coordinated and efficient system, Canada Builds Modern is focused on moving the industry from pilot projects to scalable delivery at a national level.

The 2025 Canada Builds Modular Summit was a SOLD OUT event bringing together leaders from government, industry, non-profits, and Indigenous communities to explore how factory-built housing can be scaled to address Canada’s housing crisis.

Over 350 participants, and 900+ live stream viewers came from as far away as Japan and Seattle, and nearly every Province was represented, with an under representation from Atlantic Canada and Quebec.

The Summit showcased innovations, fostered partnerships, and highlighted actionable strategies to accelerate modular housing delivery nationwide.
